Dinner Features for December 23rd


Teriyaki Grilled Stockyard
10 oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served over rice with teriyaki glazed water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and sesame seeds 

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi filet pan seared and topped with a spicy citrus salsa, served over black bean sauce with a side of rice pilaf  

Basil Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with fresh basil, capers and diced onions in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese   

Garlic Seafood
Jumbo shrimp, chopped clams, salmon, surimi crabmeat and fresh mussels sautéed with diced peppers and onions in garlic white wine sauce served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Chicken Ala York
Boneless herb crusted chicken sautéed with mushroom, spinach, tomatoes and artichoke hearts in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
