Dinner Features for December 27th


Teriyaki Grilled Stockyard
10 oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served over rice with mushroom teriyaki sauce and toasted sesame seeds  

Pan Seared Salmon
Seasoned salmon char grilled, presented over rice and asparagus with black bean sauce and sliced avocados 

Scallops Piccata
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with capers, mushrooms and garlic tossed with pasta in lemon wine sauce, finished with asiago cheese     

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with roasted tomatoes, brussel sprouts and bacon, served over pasta with rosemary butter sauce 

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham and onions, tossed with pasta in horseradish Dijon sauce finished with grated Swiss cheese    

Chicken & Biscuits
Creamy savory gravy with onions, celery and shredded chicken topped with cheddar cheese and homemade biscuits  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
