Dinner Features for July 23rd


Entrees:

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken                                                                                  

Parmesan and herb breaded chicken breast with mushrooms, garlic and fresh spinach in a roasted red pepper cream sauce over pasta.


Avocado Lime Chicken                                                                                                      Seasoned char grilled chicken topped with cheddar cheese, house made lime salsa and fresh avocado over white rice.


Scotch Ale BBQ Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                                                                                          

Char grilled stockyard with bbq sauce and topped with onion straws with a twice baked potato.   


Shrimp Chorizo Bowl                                                                                                                  

Cajun seasoned jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo, onions, peppers, tomatoes, in a white wine tomato sauce over Cajun dirty rice.


Summer Scallops                                                                                                         

Deep sea scallops pan seared with zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, baby spinach and tomatoes in a sherry pan sauce over pasta finished with asiago cheese.


California Sea bass                                                                                                   

Pan seared sea bass topped with sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts in a sherry pan sauce over rice pilaf.   


Lemon Herb Barramundi                                                                                          

Seasoned Barramundi broiled in white wine finished with lemon herb butter presented over spinach and tomatoes. 


Broiled Haddock                                                                                                        

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   


Beer Features:   

Ellicottville Stainless Steel IPA- A complex hop profile with resiny bitterness and 7% alc

Genesee Brew House IPA- A traditional IPA with a caramel malt profile, loaded with hops for an intense but balanced flavor

Rohrbach Red Wing Red Ale- Specially brewed for the Rochester Red Wings, this beer is considered to be a lightly hopped, American Amber Ale that highlights the caramel malts used in the brewing process

Dinner Specials 22nd July 2016


Stuffed Chicken  Baked herb crusted chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms asiago cheese, scallions and sun dried tomatoes served with rice pilaf and a Marsala cream sauce.



Caribbean Chicken Jamaican Jerk seasoned chicken breast sautéed with Sofrito, pulled pork and scallions over white rice with a mango-cucumber salsa.



Stockyard Salad Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, presented over fresh mixed greens with roasted red peppers, onions, walnuts, bacon and cantaloupe served with a honey lime vinaigrette and aged goat cheese.   



Choron Tiger Shrimp Pan fried Tiger shrimp with sweet peas, chorizo sausage, sweet peppers tossed with pasta in a hollandaise tomato sauce.

  

Asian Sea Scallops  Sea Scallops pan seared with a cabbage- vegetable medley over white rice with almonds and an orange, sesame, ginger glaze.   



Lloyd’s Sea Bass  Pan seared Sea Bass with onions, spinach, tomatoes served with pasta in a roasted red pepper parmesan sauce.
