Dinner Features May 25th, 2017


Mango Coconut Curry Chicken       

Pan seared spice rubbed chicken breast tossed with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms in a sweet and spicy mango curry sauce finished with coconut and raisins   



Chicken Florentine                                                                                     

Pan seared boneless chicken breast layered with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and spinach in creamy chicken gravy   



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                           

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, with root vegetable mashed potatoes, chipotle bacon aioli and tumbleweed onions



Scallops                                                                                  

Deep sea scallops pan roasted tossed with chorizo sausage, red and green peppers, sweet onions, over white garlic, vine ripe tomatoes and red wine over white steamed rice   



Grilled Swordfish                                                                        

Marinated grilled swordfish served over roasted carrots, yellow squash and bell peppers with garlic mashed potatoes topped with an olive compound butter



Bruschetta Shrimp & Mussels                                      

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mussels, onion, scallions, garlic, grape tomatoes and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce



Loco Moco                                                                                          

Pan fried seasoned ground beef patty over ham fried rice, topped with a fried egg, brown gravy and fried onions



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
