Dinner Features February 12


Cuban Chicken
Boneless seasoned and battered chicken breast strips rolled in a flour tortilla with peppers and onions presented over Cuban fried rice   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Grilled Stockyard Sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and finished with a garlic aioli, served with cottage fries and buttered grilled asparagus spears

Chicken & Broccoli
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli, garlic and lemon in a cream sauce, served over pasta

Salmon Arrabiata
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and topped with a spinach tomato caper beurre blanc, served over scallion mashed potatoes

Grand Marnier Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and topped with a Grand Marnier sauce, served over rice pilaf with asparagus spears

Shrimp Vino
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, onions and white wine served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
