Dinner Features November 29


Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless crusted herb seasoned chicken breast seared in garlic, lemon and white wine, drizzled with a tarragon caper cream sauce and served over asparagus with a side of rice pilaf  

New York Style Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with sautéed mushrooms and a dollop of garlic basil butter, served with a baked potato

Balsamic Brussels & Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Brussels sprouts, bacon, mushrooms and onions in a garlic sherry balsamic sauce, served over rice pilaf and dusted with asiago cheese

Shrimp Soiel
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, oranges and sun dried tomatoes with a fresh rosemary garlic white wine sauce, served with rice pilaf  

Sea Scallops & Broccoli Alfredo
Deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli and sun dried tomatoes, tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet stuffed with kale, butternut squash and aged goat cheese broiled and topped with an apple onion glaze, presented over asparagus spears and served with a side of wild rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
