Garlic Herb Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with fire roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic herb butter and goat cheese, served with Brussels sprouts and a twice baked potato

Chicken Italiano
Boneless chicken breast herb seasoned and pan seared with Italian sausage, peppers, onions and garlic in a white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan

Lemon Sherry Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh spinach, asparagus, kalamata olives, tomatoes, onions and garlic in a lemon sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan

Sea Scallops Pesto Alfredo
Deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and fresh garlic in a pesto alfredo sauce served over pasta

Teriyaki Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet broiled in teriyaki sauce, topped with Asian slaw and toasted sesame seeds, served over wild rice     

Maple Butter Salmon
Fresh salmon filet seasoned and pan seared, finished with maple butter and served with crispy potato wedges and asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
