Dinner Features June 9


Wedge Salad
Grilled romaine wedge dressed with maple bacon, pecans, Common Ale onions, crumbly bleu cheese and balsamic glaze- served with or without chicken 

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and scallions, tossed with pasta in a garlic Alfredo sauce  

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned with a lemon garlic rub and char grilled to order, presented with a Caprese salad and a twice baked potato    

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, eggplant, olives and spinach with pasta and a spicy tomato sauce, finished with asiago cheese  

Scallops Rosemary
Sea scallops pan seared with chorizo sausage, zucchini, sweet peppers and corn served over rice with a rosemary butter sauce   

Fresh Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet in a sweet coffee rub broiled with Chablis and served with a berry garden relish and asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
