Grilled Chicken Salad
Boneless seasoned and grilled chicken breast presented over fresh mixed greens with pecans, goat cheese, zucchini, onions and melon, served with your choice of dressing   

Tuscan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, sweet peppers, capers and sun dried tomatoes tossed with pasta, red wine and butter  

Hunter’s Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, served with a twice baked potato, a French onion hunter’s sauce and asiago cheese

Southwest Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with black beans, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes and scallions, served with wild rice, avocado and a dollop of sour cream

Scallops du Chef
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, peas and shallots with parmesan peppercorn orzo pasta

Panko Crusted Snapper
Fresh Red Snapper pan seared with a panko crust, served with wild rice and a tropical salsa  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
