Dinner Features for August 11th


Italian Grilled Stockyard
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Italian seasonings, topped with grilled portobello mushrooms and onions, finished with melted asiago and served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Carbonara
Boneless chicken sautéed with ham, mushrooms, peas and onions in a light Alfredo sauce, served with pasta

Sesame Orange Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna grilled to order and served with sautéed shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, red bell peppers and broccoli in a sesame orange stir fry sauce, served over rice pilaf

Pan Seared Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet pan seared and topped with a basil citrus salsa, served with rice pilaf and asparagus

Chicken Monte Carlo
Boneless chicken sautéed with Italian sausage, zucchini, tomatoes and artichoke hearts in a zesty garlic Marsala sauce, served over pasta  

Dijon Tarragon Shrimp
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli and sun dried tomatoes in a Dijon sherry tarragon caper cream sauce, served over pasta

Scallops Provençal
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, peppers and onions in a basil garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Boneless chicken breast marinated and grilled, topped with ham and Sweet Baby Ray’s® barbeque sauce, served on a brioche bun with tomatoes and a side of beer battered fries
