Friday Dinner Features July 10

Appetizer:
Watermelon Steak   
Baked watermelon steak drizzled with a balsamic reduction, topped with fresh mint and feta cheese served over spinach.

Entrees:
Summer Ahi Tuna                              
Char grilled Ahi Tuna with roasted vegetables and a macerated fruit salad.

Bordelaise Beef Stockyard 
Seasoned and grilled 10oz beef stockyard presented with a mushroom Bordelaise sauce and a twice baked potato.  

Sicilian Calamari      
Lightly sautéed sliced squid, tomatoes, pepperoncini, pickled onions, garlic and artichokes in a white wine tomato broth, served with a garlic crostini . 

  Horseradish Cream Sea Scallops      
Sautéed sea scallops with wild mushrooms and sweet peppers, tossed with pasta and a
horseradish cream sauce.
                                                
Tiger Shrimp with Vegetable Noodles     
Jumbo Tiger shrimp sautéed with bacon, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms over vegetable noodles, topped with crumbled blue cheese.

 Southwest Chicken                                                                         
 Pan seared chicken breast, scallions, jalapenos, corn and black beans, over rice with lime ranchero
 and cheddar cheese.

Coffee Rubbed Chicken Salad                                                          
Sautéed panko coffee rubbed chicken breast over mixed greens with walnuts, bacon,
tomatoes, onion and brie served with your choice of dressing.   
                                                    
Fish Fry    
Breaded or beer battered haddock.

        Fresh Broiled Haddock 

         Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
