Dinner Features for Wednesday May 28th


Appetizer:
Saganaki
A sliced wedge of Kefalotyri cheese lightly sautéed in lemon and sherry, served with warm pita 

Entrees:
Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, presented over basil parmesan mashed potatoes and fresh bruschetta, topped with avocado tarragon sauce and finished with crispy onion straws

Scallops Angelina
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes in a lemon Marsala wine sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with rice pilaf  

 Normandy Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with apples, almonds, artichokes and scallions in a light sherry cream sauce, served over pasta  

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet stuffed with spinach, surimi crabmeat and asiago cheese, served over asparagus spears and finished with a tomato caper relish

Chicken Primavera
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a garlic sherry wine sauce served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Spicy Cajun Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, peppers, onions, sweet corn, tomatoes and zucchini in a spicy Cajun garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
